AUCTION SERVICE SUPPORT

SOS Computers is approved and trained to support AUCTIONPAY SYSTEM . The auction coverage includes technical support for both the software and hardware.

GENERAL PROGRAM:
SOS will install three laptops, each with HP laser printers (additional units available), in a peer to peer network for auctions. This will include a pre-size at the facilities to verify computer registration process.

SOS tech support are on site from the setup start time to the end of the auction.

SOS Computers will perform syncs one and two between AUCTIONPAY and the computer system and provides the coordinator with a copy of the data at the end of the auction.
